Chapter 01

What you are buying

You are taking over a consortium share whose credit has already been released. The buyer usually pays an entry amount that includes the ágio and assumes the remaining installments.

What must be checked

The group, share, credit, balance, term and transfer rules need to be confirmed before any payment. A screenshot is not enough.

Chapter 03

Foreign buyer note

Foreigners with CPF and valid RNE/CRNM may be accepted by some administrators, but approval is case by case.
