The secondary market has real scams. These rules keep you protected — and they are how we work.
Never pay before verification
The most common scam is asking for the ágio before confirming contemplation and the share status in the administrator's official statement. Never pay upfront.
Verify the share with the administrator
Confirm credit, balance, contemplation and the absence of restrictions directly with the administrator — not just a screenshot.
Use the official cessão
The transfer is only valid once the administrator registers the new holder. No deals 'on the side'.
Check the company
A real company has a verifiable registration, an address and reviews. Verify the CNPJ on the Receita Federal site and look for a real track record.
