Choose the letter
Select the credit, type (property or vehicle) and administrator that fit your goal and budget.
Verify with the administrator
We confirm the credit, outstanding balance, remaining term and that the share is contemplated and free of issues — straight from the administrator.
Formal written proposal
You receive the full cost: entry (with ágio), installments, term and the annual adjustment (reajuste). No hidden fees.
Sign the cessão
The transfer contract is signed; the administrator analyses the buyer and approves the transfer.
Conditional payment
Payment is tied to the official approval. You never pay an ágio before verification — that protects you from the most common scam.
Credit released
Once registered, the credit is available to buy the property or vehicle. Timeframes vary by administrator, from a few days to a few weeks.
